Our mission statement to “Promote the Growth and Success of Individuals and Teams Committed to Achievement of Goals”. We are a resource, mentor and facilitator. I have learned through our sharing network the value of other’s expertise and lessons learned, and their generous guidance to my own project work. Our goal is merely to help you be successful!!
I have an extensive background in Hospital Management and Project Management that has led me to the perfect place of recognizing Need and Change and how to create the plans and processes to get there. Every project in Healthcare requires the merging of project management with change management principles. To be present and meet the demands of the world of today we must not only implement successfully but lead and facilitate the change processes that stakeholders and end users are required to adopt. One does not exist without the other.
You will find a variety of offerings that are posted on this website to assist in learning, creating and activating plans. We welcome your feedback and suggestions for content on postings and our monthly email newsletter.
Thank you for your interest and commitment to the Growth and Success of Individuals and Teams in Healthcare!
